RIGHTS & LIMITATIONS

The Bxlend Coin (BXL) is a specialized utility token designed for use within the Bxlend ecosystem. Users must understand the nature of the rights and limitations associated with the ownership of BXL:

1. No Ownership or Financial Rights:

   • Ownership of BXL does not confer any form of ownership rights, equity stakes, shares, securities, or equivalent rights in the Bxlend Project.

   • BXL holders are not entitled to any future revenue sharing, dividends, financial participation or governance rights in the Bxlend Project or related entities.

2. Limited Utility Rights:

   • The primary utility of BXL lies in its application within the Bxlend ecosystem. Ownership of BXL grants the right to participate in the Bxlend Project, subject to the successful completion and launch of the project.

   • Holding BXL does not establish a partnership, joint venture, or any similar relationship between the token holders and Bxlend or any individuals or entities involved in the Bxlend Project.

3. Nature of Token Sale:

   • The sale of BXL tokens represents an opportunity for early adopters to utilize the Bxlend platform, contingent on its future development and launch.

   • The token sale should not be viewed as an investment or acquisition of equity in the Bxlend Project.
